My name is Dragos Bina and I am the General Manager of OUTDOOR CONCEPT, an outdoor lifestyle retail company based in Bucharest, Romania / Europe.

I started the company in 1993, while being a student and an avid angler with a solid knowledge of the technical aspects of this sport. Starting this year I began an association with my brother who lives and works in the US and with three of my best friends and fishing partners.

As you probably know, Romania is a rapidly developing tourist destination due in great part to its amazing natural resources. It is the place of Europe’s largest bird and fish reserve (the Danube Delta) as well as of numerous mountain lakes and streams abundant in several species of fish. As you can rarely find in the world today, these places are both accessible and unspoiled by human activity. Given the rapid ascendance of our country to full EU membership in 2007, the local tourist industry is prone to an exponential development over the next 10 years.

The main activity of OUTDOOR CONCEPT is the retail of fishing and outdoor products through our own store DRILL situated in downtown Bucharest.

We can also distribute your products through our strong database of specialized stores that can buy or resell your products across the country, as well as through our personal connections within the industry.

Our target is to develop a strong company addressing the commercial aspects of outdoor activities, with the clear purpose of enriching our clients’ relation with nature.
